MIDI

The MIDI Connection links to both the MIDI Show Control and MIDI Timecode Widgets allowing for Timecode or MIDI Show Control data to be displayed

The MIDI Connection links to a MIDI Show Control and allowing for MIDI Show Control information to be displaed.

Status

The detected status of the connection. The two options are:

• Connected (Green)

• Disconnected (Red)

Name

The name of the connection

Method

The way of connecting to the MIDI device. Options are:

• Connection

• Destination

Connection

The MIDI Device to listen to for incoming MSC data. Only available when Connection is selected as the Method.

Vor creates a MIDI Device when can be targeted as the device by other softwares

Actions

OSC Messages ingested by the MIDI connection are passed to the MIDI Actions handler so that no further port configuration is necessary to control Vor.

Wether to listen to MIDI Show Control data or MIDI Timecode data

Device ID

The MSC device ID number of the transmitting device to listen to. Defaults to All (no filter)

Command Format

The MIDI Command Format to listen to. Defaults to All (no filter)

Command

The MIDI Command to listen to. Defaults to All (no filter)
